Liberty Drums Goals for 2009
As we begin the new year, I am happy to publish the Liberty Drums goals for 2009. We will continue our steadfast focus on innovative custom drum excellence and continue to build the portfolio, while further improving our customer service and experience.
1) Continuously improve product quality and range
2) Increase UK manufacture and facilities
3) Continue to focus on strategic initiatives and company growth
4) Enhance our client experience and endorsement artists
5) Maintain strong controls and risk management
6) Develop and train staff in new techniques
7) Improve overall brand experience
Liberty Drums is poised for healthy growth in 2009, in 2008 we experienced demand above our expectations without any advertising. This year we will begin to advertise in strategic media and events with new products in which will bring considerable exposure to the drumming community.
In turn we have everything in place to capture every interest and form those all important relationships with the clients and their requirements.
This is a rare opportunity and one which will be taken seriously to establish the Liberty Brand in the UK. We will move beyond the economic storm and grow our company which will rely on our flawless product and excellent customer service.
